For this sketch I started with the word organic and then picked words that came to me afterwards. There's really no pattern of the words, I just write them when they came to my head. I really like this sketch because I think it's fun and I liked that I basically just got to doodle which is really fun to me.

This is a sketch of an apple and a couple oranges. This is really my first attempt at cross-hatching and I actually like the way it ended up turning out for being a first try. I tried to get the shading as close as I could to how it actually looked but I think that I still have some practice to do to really get this technique down.

Foe this sketch I drew all different angles of a chair. The chair that I drew was a very basic chair. It had wooden legs and and a leather seat and back. I did not enjoy this sketch as much because I prefer drawing things with more organic lines. However, even though this is obviously not a perfect sketch, I think it is still pretty clear what the chair looks like.

When creating this textile pattern I used images from the Italian Renaissance time period. I tried to select images that I thought best represented this era. I also wanted to make sure that the images I selected were within the same color range. This was important because I wanted the images to look like they belonged together. To create this pattern I ended up using three images. The corner piece was an architectural piece that I found and then the middle two pieces are a piece of artwork from the time with a patterned fabric overlay. When I was making my pattern I really had no idea which images I wanted to use but when I put them together I was really happy with the end product.
When creating this textile pattern I used images from the Italian Renaissance time period and arranged them in a pattern. When creating the images for the pattern I tried to keep the colors within an analogous color range so that they would seem cohesive together. I think that I mostly succeeded in making the images seem cohesive however I think that some of the images could have modified or changed just a little more. As I was completing this project I was becoming gradually more accustomed to using photoshop so I feel that the images I was created got better as my skills improved.
